Aged Salted mackerel

Now a rare salted mackerel. It is a dish that can only be found in the local area and is irresistible for fish lovers. The  mackerel caught off the coast of San'in is chopped and finished using an old-fashioned manufacturing method that is sufficiently aged only with sun salt. No seasonings, colorings, thickening stabilizers, preservatives, etc. are used. Mackerel, which is said to be the "king of blue fish", is rich in DHA and EPA (the effect of lowering cholesterol and smoothing the blood), vitamins, iron, calcium, etc., which are "essential fatty acids" that are indispensable for maintaining health. The bones have not been removed, so be careful when eating.  * We often receive requests that removing bones and other ingredients makes the product easier to eat, but the umami emanating from the bones and skin is the life of this salty fish, so we continue to make it without changing the manufacturing method.
